About the role: As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle across operational and business functions, with a primary focus on Austria. This is a hands‑on sourcing role where you’ll proactively identify, engage, and nurture top talent while ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our warmth, transparency, and purpose. You’ll act as the first point of contact for candidates, creating a human, inclusive, and values‑led experience from first touch through to offer. You’ll become a subject matter expert in our ATS (Pinpoint) and hiring processes—empowering hiring managers with clarity, confidence, and data‑driven insights.
Key Goals & Objectives
Deliver high‑quality hires within agreed timelines and budgets
Balance hiring speed with a strong focus on experience and quality of hire
Achieve ≤30 days average time‑to‑hire across owned roles
Maintain high hiring manager satisfaction (90%+)
Build and maintain proactive pipelines within Pinpoint
Reduce agency reliance through effective direct sourcing
Support inclusive hiring practices and EVP initiatives across Europe
Key Responsibilities
Manage full‑cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear, transparent, and engaging communication
Proactively source and engage talent using creative and data‑driven approaches
Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles and create compelling job briefs
Embed our values into every stage of the hiring process
Maintain accurate ATS data and provide insights to support better decision‑making
Design thoughtful, personalized candidate journeys from outreach through to onboarding handover
Collaborate on employer branding and local talent attraction initiatives
Stay up to date with Austrian and European hiring trends, regulations, and market dynamics
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Fluent in German and English
2–4 years’ experience in recruitment (in‑house or agency)
Proven experience in direct sourcing, pipeline building, and stakeholder management
Strong interviewing skills, including behavioural and values‑based assessment
Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Pinpoint or similar)
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills
Comfortable working across multiple countries or regions
Curious, data‑informed, and purpose‑driven—balancing insight with empathy
Desirable
Experience hiring across the DACH region
Additional European languages (e.g., Spanish, French, Dutch)
Experience in a fast‑growing or scaling business
Exposure to international hiring (UK / Europe / US)
Experience supporting employer branding or EVP initiatives
