Your role at Dynatrace
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Paid Search (SEM/PPC) will manage the day-to-day activities, including strategy, planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting of paid search performance. This position supports strategic initiatives that deliver meaningful results, while evolving campaigns in line with the media strategy and collaborating with subject matter experts across other advertising channels.
This role is a remote opportunity in Austria - Fixed Term Contract until June 2026.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize Google Search Ads and Bing Ads campaigns, including creation, implementation, and optimization.
* Conduct keyword research to identify new target keywords in our markets.
* Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness, providing strategic recommendations for continuous improvement (e.g., bid testing, A/B testing, landing page optimization).
* Update and maintain landing pages, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives, using a CMS and basic HTML for content adjustments.
* Support monitoring, managing, and pacing high-volume media budgets.
* Create and analyze reports using paid marketing tools, Power BI, Looker, and Excel.
* Assist in preparing agendas, presentations, quarterly deep dives, and business reviews.
What will help you succeed
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid digital marketing focused on paid search.
* Bachelor’s degree.
* Strong understanding of search engine behaviors, keyword research, and bidding strategies.
* Familiarity with analytics and data visualization platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker, Excel, and Power BI.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Experience working with a CMS and HTML.
* Understanding of user experience and conversion rate optimization techniques.
* Passion for learning the latest paid digital marketing trends and strategies.
* Ability to work autonomously with excellent attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to stakeholders and vendors.
* Willingness to adjust working hours to support an international team.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a B2B software/SaaS company, collaborating with product marketing managers.
* Experience with international localized campaigns (outside Europe).
* Proficiency with Craft CMS.
* Experience working remotely with international team members.
* Advanced knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and tag management tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager) is a plus.
