We’re looking for our next Head of Partner Marketing who can build strong relationships, drive collaborative campaigns, and maximise supplier engagement across all marketing channels.You’ll act as the bridge between our internal marketing team and our valued suppliers – from CMOs to account managers – ensuring every campaign is aligned, effective, and impactful. You’ll tailor Winning’s service offering to suit each supplier’s goals, and lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and reporting.Build strong partnerships with key supplier stakeholdersPitch marketing proposals and present post-campaign insightsIdentify new opportunities for co-branded marketing initiativesBrief and collaborate with internal marketing and promotions teamsManage the supplier marketing calendar and maintain rate cardsAlign supplier campaigns with key business milestones and seasonal eventsNegotiate marketing investments and ensure accurate claiming and trackingRepresent Winning at supplier meetings and key industry eventsDeliver on annual marketing contribution targetsQualifications:Strong account management or business development experienceConfidence engaging senior stakeholders and presenting ideas persuasivelyExcellent planning and organisational skillsAbility to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate win-win outcomesA solid grasp of supplier margins, rebates, and marketing contributionsExperience in marketing or retail partnerships is a plusWhy Join Us?We’re all about promoting from within, and we’re a growing company.
