* Supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of R&D business processes
* Assisting with the rollout of new or updated processes, including coordination and documentation
* Creating and updating process documentation, user guides, and internal knowledge bases
* Supporting the preparation and delivery of training sessions and onboarding materials
* Tracking process changes, user feedback, and training participation using internal tools
* Collaborating with global, cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment and communication
* Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering & Production Management, Information Systems)
* Strong interest in business process management, digitalization, and IT tools
* Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); hands on SharePoint, Jira/Confluence. Familiarity with Power BI, or AI-enabled productivity tools is a plus.
* Basic understanding of project management and business process principles
* Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
* A structured, collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented approach
* Internship duration up to 6 months for up to 20 hours/week
