Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a cross‑functional AI team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
* Guide and support your team in the design, development, and deployment of AI models and systems, including LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic)
* Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables in an agile setup
* Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, product, and business units to align AI initiatives with strategic goals
* Uphold high standards for robust deployment and production readiness of AI solutions in cloud environments (Azure, GCP, etc.)
* Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI and proactively integrate new technologies into our roadmap
Qualifications
* University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* A genuine passion for people leadership with at least 2 years of experience managing and mentoring technical teams in an agile environment
* 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Python or another object‑oriented programming language
* Solid experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud Platform
* Strong understanding of deployment and production workflows for AI systems
* Familiarity with LLMs and generative AI technologies (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic)
* Java experience is a plus
