What you bring with you
* A completed education and professional experience in upscale gastronomy/hospitality, ideally with a focus on pâtisserie.
* Creativity and a sense of responsibility, enabling you to create unique dessert experiences.
* A keen awareness of hygiene and a strong commitment to quality.
* Flexibility, reliability, and resilience, allowing you to perform at a high level even in demanding situations.
* Team spirit and the ability to integrate seamlessly into our kitchen crew.
* Excellent German and relevant English skills to communicate with our international guests.
* Motivated and creative junior pastry chefs (m|f|d) are also welcome if you’re looking to take the next step in your career.

Your tasks
* Lead the pastry section independently – from planning and preparation to presentation.
* Produce a variety of desserts, cakes, tarts, sweet dishes and ice cream specialties for à la carte and events.
* Develop new and creative dessert ideas for our seasonal menus and special occasions.
* Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef and coordinate with the service team.
* Organize your mise en place, stock levels, hygiene routines and production flow.
* Ensure HACCP compliance and keep your work area clean and orderly at all times.
* Support the broader kitchen team when needed and contribute to team success.
