About the Role
Aramex Australia has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager – QLD to support our Company Owned Regional Franchises across Queensland.
As the Sales Manager – QLD, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth, expand the customer base, and strengthen key account relationships. Leading a team of sales professionals, you will play a critical role in acquiring new business, growing existing accounts, and contributing to the broader Commercial strategy across Oceania.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for Queensland Company Owned Regional Franchises
* Acquire new local, multi-branch, and regional accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key local and regional accounts to drive retention and increase share of spend
* Implement effective customer care and account management practices to grow existing and multi-branch customers
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets
* Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
* Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure alignment with company strategy
* Continuously review and improve sales and customer processes to enhance the customer experience
* Actively contribute to Commercial initiatives across Oceania
* Role model Aramex leadership behaviours and values at all times
Qualifications
* 3+ years’ experience leading a high-performing sales team
* Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing sales professionals
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into action
* A proactive, agile, and solutions-focused approach
* Australian work rights or an appropriate visa
