As Requirements Manager, you will be part of our CC Digital Engineering team, responsible for developing efficient processes for planning support, work, and facade scaffolding. This includes working with both existing and new software applications.

Key responsibilities include:
* Understanding, analyzing, and documenting scaffolding requirements
* Defining the scope of planning based on analysis
* Converting business requirements into technical specifications and comparing them with standard software
* Creating use cases and functional/software requirements when standard solutions are insufficient
* Implementing scaffolding software within the organization and providing training
* Organizing acceptance tests and ensuring concept and test maturity
* Identifying costs, efforts, and implementation steps
* Engaging in process modeling, visualization, and documentation
* Coordinating with other departments and international branches
* Participating in backlog prioritization for new features
Requirements include:
* Relevant experience and knowledge in scaffolding
* Quick comprehension, analytical, and solution-oriented thinking
* Initiative and independent working style
* Knowledge of software requirement visualization and documentation
* Stakeholder needs awareness, organizational skills, and perseverance in complex situations
* Project management skills; familiarity with agile and hybrid methods is a plus
* Fluent English; German language skills are desirable
* An open, flexible team player with a high solution orientation

Salary is aligned with market standards, based on qualifications and experience.
Note: The legal minimum gross annual salary for this position is EUR 46,290.44, as per collective agreement (woodworking industry).
