Customer Support Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a committed Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic, cross‑functional team in Graz.
Your Tasks
* Act as a customer-facing key contact for our international distribution partners
* Serve as the first point of contact for complaints and customer support inquiries
* Provide technical and application support for our products and develop effective solutions for customer queries
* Document and manage incoming complaints in the complaint handling system, ensuring proper evaluation and follow‑up
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and high-quality responses
* Deliver product trainings and support to distribution partners to enable successful sales and field operations
* Conduct trainings, workshops, and on‑site support activities (travel required approx. 10‑15%, within and outside Europe)
Your Qualifications
* Degree (university or equivalent) in a technical field, preferably with a focus on biomedical engineering or a related discipline
* Ideally 2‑5 years of experience in customer support within a similar industry
* Recent graduates with strong technical aptitude and motivation are also welcome
* Strong communication skills with a high level of customer orientation
* Fluent in English and German (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g. French or Spanish) are a plus
* Excellent presentation and training skills, especially in English
* Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment
* Team-oriented, eager to learn, and able to remain calm and flexible under pressure
* Capable of independently managing customer interactions with a high level of professionalism
* Very good MS Office skills
* Basic knowledge of Python scripting is an advantage

Salary
The minimum salary is EUR 3,500 gross per month (based on a 38.5‑hour work week); the actual salary depends on qualifications and experience. The salary is paid 14 times per year.
Overtime
Any accrued overtime is compensated in the form of time off.
