Regional Sales Manager MENA
Atun International GmbH, a Zurich‑based company specializing in AI‑powered cybersecurity solutions, seeks an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive new business in the MENA region. The role focuses on selling cutting‑edge solutions such as AI‑powered vulnerability scanning and network detection & response (NDR) platforms.
Responsibilities
* Identifying new business opportunities.
* Proactively engaging with customers, understanding their needs and effectively providing solutions with our products and services.
* Presenting and selling our solutions through webinars, meetings, workshops, events, and trade shows (domestic and international).
* Managing the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature by working closely with the sales, pre‑sales teams and partners.
* Approaching customers and executing the sales strategy.
* Working closely with the Pre‑Sales Manager and Customer Success Manager to coordinate sales activities and engage with customers.
* Independently conducting negotiations, including with C‑Suite executives.
* Contributing actively to the development of strategies and internal processes.
* Achieving sales targets and ensuring pipeline growth.
Requirements
* University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
* 5‑8 years of consultative sales experience in high‑tech products/services; cybersecurity experience is advantageous.
* Proven customer interaction and effective follow‑up.
* Results‑driven professional with deep understanding of sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Winning Complex Sales).
* Takes the lead and initiates sales initiatives.
* Structured and organized work style.
* Excellent communication skills; social and customer‑orientated approach with a focus on deal closure.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and structured work style.
* Team player with a high commitment, proactive attitude and strong independence.
* Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented, can‑do mentality.
* Fluent in English and Arabic; German a plus.
* Creative problem solver with innovative solutions.
* Open to travel as required for business needs.
* Preferred based in the MENA region.
