Job Details
This role is in support of Cencora's global logistics and storage services marketed through our World Courier business.
You will become an integral part of our team, acting as first point of contact for our customers on an international level. Our teams work closely with other offices around the world as well as vendors and governmental agencies to find optimal solutions for our customers complex logistical needs. Responsibilities:
1. Engage in effective personal communication with colleagues and suppliers
2. Ensure all shipments and customs requirements are handled according to company and international regulations
3. Calculate, prepare and present quotes for external and internal customers in line with established guidelines and policies
4. React flexibly to deviations in shipments and provide customers with suitable and efficient solutions
.
Requirements:
5. Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, logistics or operations
6. Previous logistics experience, preferably connected to airfreight
7. Effective oral and written communication in German and good language skills in English
8. Ability to represent a positive and professional image
9. Able to prioritize work load and consistently meet deadlines; possess exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
10. Strong problem solving, analytical and investigative skills to bring issues to resolution
11. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
