Project Manager - Virtualization Stack (m/w/d)
In your role as a Project Manager, you are a central point of coordination for the successful delivery of agile software and infrastructure projects. You support Team Leads in day-to-day operations, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure smooth processes through clear structures, transparent communication, and continuous improvement.

Support Team Leads in the planning and execution of larger projects as well as in daily operational activities within the areas of Virtualization Stack Development and Automation
Independently create, maintain, and manage cross-functional project plans, including milestones and dependencies
Organize, facilitate, and follow up on regular project and status meetings
Coordinate and support projects across multiple teams and functional areas
Proactively communicate with relevant stakeholders and provide transparent status and progress updates in Jira
Identify process gaps and develop as well as contribute concrete optimization and improvement initiatives

Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field
Fundamental knowledge of software development and/or IT (e.g. experience as a software developer or IT system administrator, including through private or personal projects)
At least three years of professional experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in an agile software development environment
Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management capabilities
Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with a high degree of independence
Experience working with Jira
Excellent German and English language skills (minimum CEFR C1 )
