On’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team needs a leader to open and manage a new store in Vienna. You will co‑define store operations, hire and lead a talented sales team, and oversee all aspects of daily performance.
Your mission
* Continuously embrace and communicate On’s values and brand philosophy in team and customer interactions.
* Hire, train, and manage Store Advisors to deliver outstanding customer service.
* Collaborate with the Talent team for talent administration, including payroll, onboarding, career development and recruitment.
* Mentor and coach team members, providing regular feedback and opportunities for growth.
* Establish and nurture external partnerships to enhance community engagement and strengthen the store’s presence.
* Take full ownership of store performance, driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
* Create business drivers and monitor relevant store KPIs.
* Oversee inventory and back‑of‑house processes for optimized stock levels and front‑of‑house operations.
* Support pilots, testing, and implementation of new retail solutions, staying ahead of industry trends.
* Execute product strategy and work closely with sales planning and retail marketing for optimal sales funnel and visual merchandising.
* Perform additional duties as needed to support store operations and achieve business objectives.
* Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
Your story
* 6+ years of experience in a customer‑focused setting, including 2 years in managerial roles.
* Operational retail experience in sports, technology, or fashion environments is a strong plus.
* A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal, hospitality and communication skills.
* Experience creating interactive and meaningful experiences for customers and team members.
* An entrepreneurial spirit and exceptional organizational skills to anticipate future store needs.
* Fluent in German and English (reading, writing, speaking).
* Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

The salary depends on experience. The minimum salary for this full‑time position (38.5 hours per week) is €3,922 gross per month.
