Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, fun loving, and hardworking Optician to join our Shop in Vienna.
This individual enjoys providing superior customer service, is a team player, and has a high degree of emotional intelligence.
Customer Service:
* Greet all customers pleasantly and with courtesy, provide customers with clear directions and provide all information regarding products and services
* Understanding of the MOSCOT brand and story and ability to communicate this heritage to the customer
* Create a memorable MOSCOT Shop experience
* Collaborate with MOSCOT family members to keep shop tidy and organized
Communication:
* Answer and direct phone calls as needed
* Respond and collaborate with lab and shop teams on all orders
Inventory Control:
* Assist with cycle counts, receipts, and returns of frame and stock lens inventory.
* Process inter-shop transfers in the POS system.
* Confirm that tickets match the physical frame
Requirements
* 2-3 years of experience as optician
* Available to work full-time (38,5 hours/week), shifts, including Saturdays
* Has an excellent command of the English and German both written and spoken
* Clear and articulate communication skills with empathy towards customers
