Channel Development Manager & Field Force Lead
Vienna, Austria
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Develop and execute channel strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence
* Build and manage strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment through joint business plans and performance tracking
* Lead and develop the field force team, setting clear KPIs and ensuring effective execution of go-to-market strategies
* Drive demand generation activities such as events, workshops, and partner enablement initiatives
* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent market execution
* Own pipeline development, deal support, and forecasting accuracy
* Monitor business performance, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to senior management while identifying opportunities and risks
What We’re Looking For:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
* Experience in channel sales, business development, or field sales leadership
* Proven track record of delivering revenue growth through partner ecosystems
* Strong leadership experience managing field sales teams
* Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
* Analytical mindset with strong forecasting and planning capabilities
* Fluent in English and German
