Responsibilities
* Design seamless and engaging customer experiences across digital, in-store, and service touchpoints while driving global efficiency and cost savings.
* Roll out a bespoke marketing effectiveness framework for all countries.
* Lead change management and support ongoing adoption of the framework and global MMM solution in each country.
* Interpret results, implement recommendations, and prove the value of the program back to the business.
* Improve brand tracking solutions, ensuring findings and trends feed into marketing plans.
* Move towards long‑term effectiveness measurement as brand tracking data becomes more robust.
* Create and monitor an overall marketing test and learn program to establish the effectiveness of changes made to marketing and media plans.
* Identify opportunities to improve measurement and cover gaps, e.g., campaign tracking.
* Assess the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, implementing actionable recommendations for future improvements.
* Drive increased media effectiveness and performance across offline and online channels, tailoring solutions to each market’s maturity.
* Collaborate with local teams and global departments to solve media challenges and champion media and marketing to the wider business.
Your Profile
* Experience working in a marketing client‑side or media agency role.
* Experience in marketing measurement and effectiveness.
* Understanding of MMM programmes and the full range of solutions available, with relative pros and cons.
* Good understanding of marketing principles, including advertising, promotion, pricing, sales data, media planning and buying.
* Experience developing and implementing ways of working and improved processes.
* Working knowledge of media and marketing, ideally across all offline and online channels.
* Experience in a global role or working with multiple markets, such as the UK, US, Germany, Austria, and Italy.
* Fantastic eye for detail and strong analytical skills.
* Proactive, inquisitive, and personable nature.
* Ability to communicate to high‑level stakeholders and package complex information in an understandable way.

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from €54.300*
* Willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications.
