Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Specialist to drive the development, implementation, and support of our SAP SuccessFactors solution. This role plays a key part in ensuring stable and efficient operation of core HR applications.
Responsibilities:
* Implement, develop, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules, including integration and administration of add-ons.
* Evaluate and analyze technical requirements, implementing new solutions to optimize HR processes.
* Manage collaboration with external service providers to ensure quality and adherence to deadlines.
* Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for smooth operation within the department's area of responsibility.
* Implement and optimize business processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness, creating customized data structures to support business requirements and ensure data integrity.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in IT, Human Resources, or a comparable qualification, along with several years of relevant professional experience in the HR/IT environment.
* Extensive technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, especially in master data and permissions.
* Expertise in additional HR-related applications and add-ons, such as Concur.
* A high degree of initiative, strong ability to work independently, a high willingness to learn, solution-oriented thinking, accuracy, and a strong team spirit.
* Business fluent English language skills, with German considered an advantage.
