Responsibilities & Qualifications
3+ years’ work experience in international marketing or commercial partnerships
People management experience
University degree in Marketing or a similar subject
Fluency in English. German and other languages is a plus
Outstanding expertise in and understanding of the broad Marketing, including Sports, Culture, and Technology
Demonstrable track record in securing successful brand partnerships.
Demonstrable track record in developing marketing assets (events, content)
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, conceptual, and creative capabilities
Dynamic and energetic approach to work, with strong communication and negotiating skills
Outgoing personality who thrives on cooperative thinking
Broad network of brand contacts at global decision‑maker level
Travel 20‑30%

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 3.838 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market‑oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
