At LOOP, we see social media as a powerful space where culture, creativity, and strategy meet. We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who understands how to turn brand moments into conversations — someone with a sharp sense for trends, storytelling, and platform dynamics.
In this role, you’ll manage and grow the social presence of globally recognized consumer brands, helping them connect authentically with their audiences. Working closely with our creative, strategy, and production teams, you’ll craft content, spark conversations, and ensure every interaction reflects a strong brand voice and meaningful engagement.
Requirements and Responsibilities
* Drive Social Strategy: Own and evolve social media strategies across platforms, ensuring relevance, consistency, and measurable impact
* Manage Projects with Precision: Plan timelines, budgets, and resources, keeping productions and campaigns on track from kickoff to launch
* Drive Content Production: Oversee and contribute to shoots, edits, and publishing workflows, bridging strategy with hands‑on execution
* Build Strong Relationships: Act as a key interface between clients, creatives, and internal teams through clear communication and trust
* Engage Communities Authentically: Shape tone of voice, manage interactions, and foster meaningful audience connections in German
* Analyze and Optimize Performance: Track KPIs, extract insights, and translate data into actionable improvements
* Stay Culturally Sharp: Monitor trends, platform shifts, and social formats to keep LOOP’s work fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve
At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full‑time, based in Austria) is EUR 45,000. That’s our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements. If you bring more to the table — deeper experience, sharper skills — we’re ready to reflect that in your offer. Our internal compensation framework is designed to keep things fair, structured, and clear.
