This role is the technical backbone of the workshop in Vienna – keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, ensuring stable output and a safe, efficient environment.
Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate daily production and assembly work.
* Build and test sub-assemblies with full traceability and ESD compliance.
* Maintain SOPs, tools, stock levels and a clean, safe workspace.
* Train and support team members to meet quality and throughput goals.
* Monitor key metrics like yield, rework, and on-time delivery.
Experience Required
* Experience in assembly or production environments (electronics or precision manufacturing preferred).
* Strong sense of organisation, quality and safety.
* Hands‑on approach and ability to lead by example.
