About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and motivated Centre Director to lead our 72-place early learning centre.
As Centre Director, you will:
Create a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing centre culture
Ensure exceptional early childhood education aligned with the EYLF
Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, staff, and the local community
Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of educators
Oversee daily centre operations to ensure smooth functioning and full compliance
Your leadership will play a vital role in strengthening our centre culture and supporting the continued long‑term success of our Revesby service as it approaches its second year of operation.
Key Responsibilities
Actively promote and uphold a vigilant, proactive child‑safe culture at all times
Manage day‑to‑day operations and ensure compliance with all regulations and quality standards
Lead, mentor, and support a team of dedicated educators
Build meaningful, trusting relationships with families, staff, and community partners
Ensure the delivery of a high‑quality educational program aligned with the EYLF
Prioritise and champion the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children
Manage the centre budget and resources effectively
Maintain accurate documentation for children’s development and centre compliance
Support daily routines such as mealtimes, room setups, and activity preparation as required
Uphold and drive continuous improvement across the National Quality Standards
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent)
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Centre Director or in a similar leadership role
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
Expert knowledge of the NQS, EYLF, and relevant legislation
A genuine passion for high‑quality early childhood education
Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
A positive, motivated, and professional approach
Required Certifications
Valid NSW Working with Children Check
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
National Police Check (completed within the last 6 months)
Child Protection Training
