**Job Title:** Lead System Engineer for Actuation Systems
We are seeking a highly qualified Lead System Engineer for Actuation Systems to coordinate individual Local Site Leads from a global perspective. This role requires in-depth knowledge and experience in the development and implementation of hydraulic actuator systems.
**Responsibilities:
* Analysis of technical requirements and evaluation of different solution approaches.
* Support in the selection of suitable technologies and components.
* Identification of technical challenges and development of effective solutions.
As an interface between Local Site Leads, you will ensure that hydraulic systems are developed and implemented consistently across series. You will work closely with local teams in North America, Italy, Germany, and Austria, ensuring smooth exchange of information.
**Requirements:
* Higher technical education in the field of hydraulics, modeling, and simulation.
* Several years of experience in mobile or stationary hydraulics.
* Experience in modeling and simulation of complete hydraulic systems.
* Innovative approach and willingness to break new ground.
* High analytical and entrepreneurial thinking skills.
* Structured, independent work.
* Willingness to travel internationally and work with intercultural teams.
* Sound knowledge of German and English.
