Industrial Engineer (m/f/d) NPD & time management

Your new adventure
Do you have a passion for our engines and want to drive forward the industrialization of our components in mechanical production?
1. Responsibility for the NPD process (New Product Development) in mechanical production for the realization of new products in a short time, at optimal investment and product costs and at the same time with high quality until implementation in series production
2. Management of multidisciplinary industrialization projects in close cooperation with R&D and the Industrial Engineers CAM and Design
3. Introduction of new technologies and methods for the ongoing further development of the industrialization process
4. Creation of machining and fixture concepts, Involvement and support of design
5. Elaboration of production-related requirements for new products and checking the feasibility of the component design from R&D
6. Responsibility for industrial engineering time management and its further development
7. Implementation of make-or-buy studies on production-relevant projects and technical benchmarks
Your skills and experiences
8. Completed apprenticeship or HTL in the field of design, mechanical engineering, production engineering, production technology
9. Several years of relevant professional experience in a manufacturing industrial company as an industrial engineer, alternatively in work preparation, time management, component processing or product design
10. Know-how in project management and time management, ideally REFA
11. Knowledge of 3D CAD design, preferably with CREO
12. Basic knowledge of NC programming and tool technology
13. Enthusiasm for complex processing machines and experience with combustion engines desirable
14. Structured and independent way of working, recognizing improvements and actively driving them forward
15. Willingness to deal with new technologies and innovations
16. Very good German and good English skills are required
We offer
You will be offered an exciting position in anwith many interesting benefits and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 52,.04 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
