Tasks
* Coordinate team, partners, clients and projects
* Support the founder in daily operational and administrative tasks
* Handle meetings and back-office magic
* Organize internal communication & external requests
* Help find and welcome new talent
* Be the go-to person who gets things done
* Improve our workflows day by day
Requirements
* First experience in a similar role
* Native German, fluent English
* Organized multitasking skills & self-discipline
* Strong empathy skills to connect with team & clients
* Problem-solving mindset & endurancePassion for Hospitality and Social Media
* Confident with email, calendars, Slack, Canva, Notion or similar tools
* Strong communication skills
