How You’ll Make an Impact
* In a dual role as Architect and Teamlead (distribution: 80% Architect / 20% Teamlead), you combine your technical expertise with leadership skills.
* As a team leader in the "Software Excellence" practice in Austria, you are part of Zühlke's leadership team. You motivate, coach, and serve as the first point of contact for your team members.
* In our customer projects, especially with Industry clients, you are responsible for developing complex IT architectures of innovative (I)IoT software solutions, mainly using .NET and Azure, and for providing strategic technology consulting to our clients.
* You manage teams technically from project kick-off to rollout and coordinate closely with project management. An on-site presence of at least 50% at client or Zühlke offices is expected due to team and leadership responsibilities.
* Through your leadership, you inspire and motivate your team and clients alike.
What’s Important to Us
* You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field, or an equivalent qualification, and have several years of experience in software development and architecture.
* You are familiar with the .NET ecosystem in enterprise environments and current web development technologies. You can independently set up and implement suitable architectures.
* You possess excellent communication skills, high motivation, and a positive mindset.
* Leadership experience and the ability to inspire and coach are preferred. Additional expertise in Data/AI and Fullstack Frontend (React or Angular) is desirable.
* Proficiency in German and English is required.
* You value personal relationships and enjoy working with clients and colleagues. A hybrid work model with 2-3 days on-site is typical for you.

We offer an attractive compensation package starting at EUR 5,490 gross per month, adjusted based on experience and qualifications, above the IT minimum salary (IT-KV, classification ST2/rule).
