Your Tasks
Health is a strategic priority for us, and the health ecosystem holds particular significance within our Group. As part of a new group-wide programme, we will review, expand, coordinate, and strengthen our health-related projects and initiatives across all companies. For this purpose, we are currently building a strong team within the CIO's Innovation division in Vienna, which we would like to strengthen for the planning, design, operational management and implementation of programme activities with a Digital Health Programme Manager (all genders). This position directly supports the Programme Lead and reports to him.
* Managing and implementing the group-wide digital health programme in close cooperation with the Health Programme Lead
* Coordination of the participating companies across CEE and beyond
* Driving structured project management with clear schedules, resources and deliverables
* Coordination of local contacts and support with the introduction and scaling of health solutions and measures in the local insurers
* Monitoring market trends and developments, identifying opportunities and potential partners
* Preparing reports, presentations and decision papers for the Programme Lead, VIG’s Executive Board and local management, while fostering knowledge exchange across the countries
* University degree in business administration, law, health economics, management or a related field
* Several years of professional experience in project or programme management, ideally in the insurance or health sector
* Proven experience in international cooperation and intercultural communication
* Structured, solution-oriented working style with strong organisational skills
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is an advantage, willingness to travel within the CEE region

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3,556.03 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37,5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible. This position is a parental leave cover expected for 1,5 years.
