Your role:
* Analyze and define existing market and business models within the company for strategic and commercial advancement
* Internationally roll out successful business models and standardize similar existing models
* Develop and implement change management initiatives to facilitate organizational transformation
* Discover new market potentials through the implementation of novel business models
* Oversee strategic initiatives for commercial strategy deployment
* Promote commercially-oriented decision-making across all relevant operations
Your experience and skills:
* Degree in business administration, economics, or a related field
* Extensive experience in business development or strategic development and execution
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to comprehend and manage complex structures
* Solid knowledge in change management and project management
* Excellent networking and communication skills to effectively convey changes and engage stakeholders
* Fluent in business-level German (C2) and English (minimum C1)
* Inspiring personality with a focus on teamwork and cooperation

We would like to get to know you
For this full-time position, we offer you a minimum annual gross salary of EUR 49,000.00. The actual salary will depend on your professional experience and qualifications. Lets talk about it.
