As Head of Project Calculation, you will be assigned to the Global Operations division and will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of a dedicated and high-performing team (4 people). In this key position, you will manage project calculations in the sales process at the Linz site and bear group-wide process responsibility for the calculation guidelines.
As part of a planned succession plan, you will initially perform the role as part of a structured transition phase and gradually grow into the overall responsibility. You will finally take over the management role after our current employee retires in the first quarter of 2027, ensuring a seamless transfer of knowledge and continuity at the highest level.
TASKS
* Disciplinary and technical management of the Project Calculation department team
* Performing calculations and analyses for the site
* Process responsibility for group-wide calculation guidelines and performing calculation validations
PROFILE
* Completed technical education (HTL/FH) in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or similar
* Several years of experience in industrial plant or special machine construction, particularly in project costing for industrial plants
* Proven leadership experience
* In-depth knowledge of cost accounting
* Very good user skills in MS Office and SAP
* Business fluent English skills

We offer an attractive and market-compliant salary, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement (Information and Consulting) based on full-time employment is EUR 53,487.
