You will demonstrate strong leadership skills to manage a remote, international team, balancing strategic development with operational tasks, and fostering trustful relationships with internal stakeholders. As part of the KAPS leadership team, you will report directly to the Director KAPS.Responsibilities include:Develop and implement strategic approaches for Global and Regional Key Account management to meet targets.Lead Global Key Account Managers remotely and coordinate with Regional Managers.Identify and analyze potential key accounts and assess their needs.Evaluate the performance of existing key accounts.Manage key accounts for selected customers.Collaborate with regional teams to ensure service quality, profitability, and problem-solving.Communicate effectively with all stakeholders within the organization.Qualifications:Degree in engineering (civil, structural, or mechanical) or extensive construction experience.7-10 years in sales or key account management, especially in major project sales.Experience in the concrete forming or related construction equipment industry.International experience and ability to work in a global environment.Strong understanding of KPIs and ability to work cross-functionally.Strategic, solution-oriented mindset with leadership capabilities.Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills in German and English; other languages are a plus.Self-motivated, assertive, team-oriented, and able to work independently.Willingness to travel globally.A market-competitive salary is offered, based on qualifications and experience.The minimum gross annual salary for this position is EUR 52,344.18, according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry), for full-time 38.5 hours/week.If you're interested in this challenging role, please submit your application to Alexandra Gudra, HR Business Partner.
