In this role, you'll:
* Lead the daily operations of the villages.
* Inspire and manage a larger team, creating a culture of collaboration and excellence.
* Deliver on the Village Improvement Plan, driving continuous growth and innovation.
* Manage complex budgets and financial performance to ensure sustainability and growth.
* Champion safety, compliance, and wellbeing ensuring the highest standards across the community.
* Build strong relationships with residents, committees, families, contractors and the local community.
* Handle escalations and legal matters with confidence, ensuring compliance and fairness.
About you
You're a seasoned leader who thrives on building relationships, creating meaningful experiences, and managing complexity. You'll bring:
* Experience in retirement living, property/facility management, hospitality, or a related service industry.
* Strong leadership experience, ideally across multi-site operations or larger teams.
* Proven expertise in budget management, compliance, and work health & safety.
* Confidence in handling escalations, legal matters, and sensitive resident issues.
* Strong people leadership skills with a focus on empathy, resilience, and communication.
* Comfort with technology and systems to support daily operations and reporting.
* A genuine passion for helping people live well, with the ability to balance resident needs and business goals.
