Für ein international tätiges Unternehmen im industriellen Anlagenbau suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit im Bereich Controlling mit Schwerpunkt Projektcontrolling.

Aufgaben:

Betreuung und Pflege von Projektstrukturen in SAP (inkl. Kalkulationseinspielung)

Sicherstellung der korrekten bilanziellen Abbildung nach relevanten Rechnungslegungsstandards (z. B. IFRS)

Unterstützung des kaufmännischen Projektmanagements bei der Projektbewertung, Risikoanalyse und Datenplanung

Mitarbeit an Planungs- und Forecastprozessen sowie projektbezogener Kosten- und Umsatzplanung

Vorbereitung von projektbezogenen Analysen, Reports und Entscheidungsvorlagen

Abstimmung mit internen Prüfinstanzen und Teilnahme an Projekt-Review-Meetings

Verwaltung von projektbezogenen Zahlungsflüssen und Buchungsprozessen

Umsetzung interner Compliance- und Reporting-Anforderungen

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, FH, Universität) mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Rechnungswesen oder Betriebswirtschaft

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel sowie idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit SAP und Reporting-Tools

Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Zahlenaffinität

Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsgeschick

Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
