We are looking to strengthen our Program's Contract Management team in Vienna with a versatile professional focused on negotiation, contracting, and commercial oversight—especially in large-scale deals. You bring a client-focused mindset and excel at building lasting relationships with institutional and major clients. You combine strategic vision with operational precision and an effective commercial approach to contract development.
Responsibilities
* Owner of the contract and the first point of contact in complex projects for all contractual matters.
* Oversee change requests and related commercial offers, ensuring compelling value propositions. Draft, negotiate, and finalize contract amendments and commercial notices in collaboration with customer counterparts. Analyse deviations and their contractual and commercial impact.
* Track the status and performance of contractual obligations for Frequentis, the subcontractor(s), and the customer.
* Assess contractual risks and implement mitigation actions. Support the Project Manager in managing the project’s risk register.
* Undertake active claim management, logging and documenting written and verbal exchanges, and draft commercially agile responses.
* Act as a sparring partner for the project manager and the international project team across multiple Frequentis locations (e.g., Technical Solution Manager, Sales, Engineering) in strategic decision-making.
* Support the development of strategies for winning new opportunities.
What we offer
The remuneration for this position consists of the collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 63,154 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) plus an overpayment depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
