Security Clearance Requirements:
* (a) Hold or have the ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance to the minimum of Negative Vetting Level 1.
* (b) Undertake and pass a pre‑employment screening process (Organisational Suitability Assessment (OSA)), which includes a police check;
* (c) Comply with all ACIC’s policies which are available on request, and through the ACIC’s Intranet site. This may include policies which relate to drug and alcohol testing.
* (d) Comply with the requirements of the Continuing Organisational Suitability Assessment (COSA).
Total Fees Payable under this Order

Statement of Work

Invoicing
In addition to the requirements under clause 14.4.2, an invoice will be taken to be correctly rendered if the amount claimed in the invoice is due for payment under this work order and:
1. the invoice contains:
2. the work order reference number P26/4
3. the deliverables related to the amounts being claimed;
4. the name of the buyer’s representative;
5. the seller’s ABN (if applicable);
6. the seller’s bank account details for payment
7. other information as the buyer requests from time to time;
8. the invoice is in the form of a valid tax invoice, where the seller is registered for GST;
9. the invoice is accompanied, where required, by reasonable documentation that provides evidence that the deliverables have been performed and/or that any additional costs claimed are payable.

Additional Requirements
* Liability: The liability cap that applies for the purposes of clause 19.1 is three times the total contract value
* Governing Law and Jurisdiction: No changes to the default position in clause 35.6.1.
* Use of AI Systems: The Service Provider must not use any AI Systems in the delivery of the Services. “AI System” means the machine‑based system that, for explicit or implicit objectives, infers, from the input it receives, how to generate outputs such as predictions, content, recommendations, or decisions that can influence physical or virtual environments. Different AI Systems vary in their levels of autonomy and adaptiveness after deployment.
