What You’ll Be Doing
* Building strong, positive partnerships with clients across a diverse portfolio
* Visiting sites regularly to ensure standards, safety, and service expectations are consistently met
* Supporting and mentoring team members to lift performance and grow capability
* Monitoring budgets, compliance, and contractual obligations
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance service, and add value
* Upholding our commitment to safety, quality, and professional conduct
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people — solving problems, building trust, and helping others succeed.
You’ll thrive here if you are:
* Experienced in client service, account management, or multi‑site operations
* Confident with digital platforms (CRM, audits, communication tools)
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
* Calm and professional when things don’t go to planDining.
* Willing to connect with clients or teams outside normal hours when needed
* Experienced in cleaning, facilities, or service‑based environments (preferred but not essential)
