Requirements:
* Candidate must have education in Business Administration, Education Management, Operations or a related field.
* At least 3 years of experience in study/registrar administration, academic scheduling or complex planning in higher education.
* The ability to organize, structure and keep track of details.
* Excellent clear and confident communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
* A collaborative mindset that thrives in diverse academic and administrative teams.
* A proactive service-oriented approach.
* The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing accuracy.
* Excellent English language skills on minimum Level C1.
