* Develop and maintain strategic relationships with international key accounts, particularly within the speciality paper and packaging industries
* Drive growth by identifying market potential and strengthening partner relationships
* Implement and drive sales strategies aligned with company objectives
* Update of key internal stakeholders on market requirements and formulation of strategic consequences
* Present products at trade fairs and specialist events
* Collaborate closely with customer site management teams
* Undertake regular international travel (around 30% to Europe, Asia and North America)
Professional Requirements:
* Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
* 6-10 year's professional experience, background in management consulting, preferably in the paper or packaging sector
* Strong strategic thinking and analytically skills
* Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach with a results-driven mindset
* Excellent communication and numerical skills
* Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis
* Fluent in English (working language) and very good German, both written and spoken
* Ability to manage complex stakeholder interests with resilience and initiative
