Key Responsibilities
* Manage internal and external special projects on behalf of the Executive Vice President (EVP), in close coordination with other departments and/or external partners—particularly in the areas of investment and acquisitions, strategic concept development, and optimization of internal processes.
* Conduct research and prepare materials such as policy briefings, talking points, speech drafts, presentations, and proposals on a wide range of workforce development and strategic business topics for internal and external audiences.
* Prepare documentation for various stakeholders (e.g., staff meetings, Executive Board meetings, and other committees) and ensure proper follow‑up and implementation of decisions.
* Serve as quality and content control for Supervisory Board meeting materials and ensure proactive alignment at working level with key shareholders.
* Draft and edit a variety of documents, including internal and external correspondence.
* Support the EVP Energy in monitoring the performance of Business Groups, identifying risks, and deriving opportunities for improvement.
* Prepare presentations and business reports for the EVP Energy to facilitate efficient and informed decision‑making.
* Coordinate and pre‑align board and other stakeholder meetings with the respective counterparts.

Your profile
* You hold a Master’s degree.
* You have at least 15 years of relevant professional experience.
* You possess excellent written and verbal skills in both English and German and are highly proficient in Microsoft Office as well as modern digital and internet tools.
* You have a solid understanding of business and financial processes.
* You are capable of managing multiple projects and competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
* You are experienced in working within a matrix organization, navigating continuous change and occasionally conflicting priorities.
* You demonstrate strong organizational skills and are confident in interacting with senior management.
The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement amounts to EUR 135.618,- all‑in. Depending on skills and specific experience, over‑payment is possible.
