Join us for the 2025/26 winter season (December to April) – where alpine culinary art meets authentic team spirit: at the Hotel Unterschwarzachhof in Saalbach Hinterglemm.

What you bring with you

* Completed chef training and several years of experience in upscale gastronomy or hospitality.
* Leadership and organizational skills, paired with responsibility and reliability.
* A strong sense of quality, cleanliness, and precision in your work.
* Creativity, composure, and enthusiasm for both regional and international cuisine.
* Good German and English communication skills.

Your tasks

* Take responsibility for smooth daily operations in our kitchen, working hand in hand with our Head Chef.
* Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to deliver excellence, teamwork, and consistency every day.
* Represent the Head Chef with confidence during their absence, ensuring high standards at all times.
* Develop creative menus and seasonal dishes that reflect regional flavors and your personal culinary touch.
* Ensure quality, sustainability, and efficiency in the use of ingredients and resources.
* Guarantee compliance with hygiene and safety standards and act as a role model for your team.
