Your responsibilities at waterdrop®:
* As a Junior Treasury Analyst you support daily cash positioning and basic cash flow tracking
* You assist in monitoring bank accounts and preparing payment‑related activities
* You help maintain treasury‑related data and documentation
* You support the Treasury team with Treasury Management System (TMS) updates and checks
* You assist with bank‑related KYC and compliance documentation
* You help reconcile cash balances and support treasury reporting
* You support internal controls and documentation for audits
* You assist with process improvements and automation initiatives
What makes you a great fit:
* You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
* You have strong interest in finance, treasury, or corporate banking
* You have Excel skills (formulas; pivot tables are a plus)
* You have a basic understanding of accounting principles
* You are structured, reliable, and detail‑oriented
* You are willing to learn and take on new tasks
* You have good communication skills and a proactive mindset
* You have the ability to work independently in a part‑time setup alongside studies
* A previous internship or student job in finance is a plus, but not required

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 37.000 gross per year on a full‑time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
