Responsibilities
* Identify trends, future opportunities and risks
* Develop the innovation strategy and plan innovation activities
* Run innovation processes to transform an idea into a successful innovation: concept development, business plan, solution development, prototypes, implementation and marketing
* Shape a culture of innovation that fosters continuous improvement
* Operate open‑innovation and innovation networks to leverage external sources and resources
Qualifications
* Completed education in innovation management, industrial engineering or a comparable field
* At least three years of professional experience in innovation management
* Competencies in digitalisation and business model development
* Knowledge of moderation, communication and workshop design (Design Thinking)

Salary
Minimum gross monthly salary EUR 4,100.00. Additional compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
