You will take ownership of Go-To-Market for our digital product portfolio and drive its commercial success. Acting as the bridge between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, you ensure that product value is clearly positioned, effectively communicated, and successfully adopted across markets. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales — with strong impact on our digital growth, revenue contribution, and customer adoption. What You'll Do – Your Responsibilities • Shape and further develop our Go-To-Market strategies for digital products • Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions • Drive product launches and cross-functional execution together with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales • Align stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on GTM plans • Translate customer insights, market trends, and product capabilities into clear narratives and actions • Create sales enablement materials, storytelling assets, and demos • Identify target segments and ideal customer profiles (ICP) • Support pricing, packaging, and commercial models • Support product adoption and growth initiatives across markets • Analyze and optimize market performance, funnel metrics, and adoption data to optimize Go-To-Market effectiveness • Contribute to building structures, processes, and best practices in the area of SaaS GTM from scratch
