Join us as a People & Talent Partner(f/m/d) * People & Talent Partner(f/m/d) * Role Mission The People & Talent Partner with focus TA is mainly responsible for end-to-endrecruiting and drive hiring excellence across the organization. In addition to full-cycle delivery, this role will play a vital part of TA enablement initiatives (interviewtraining, role kits, scorecards) and process improvements that support theorganization's long-term talent strategy. On top, this role is designed to supportour leaders and teams across all P&C topics. Your tasks and responsibilities: * End-to-End Recruitment & Active Sourcing: you take full ownership of thelifecycle for assigned roles, from briefing to offer, ensuring high quality andcultural fit before candidates reach advanced stages. * Create and manage a concise Hiring Playbook for consistent proceduresacross units. * Ensure a seamless, engaging, and respectful white-glove experience forevery candidate, regardless of the hiring outcome. * Strategic P&C Partner: Act as a trusted partner on broad People & Culturetopics, with a specific focus on Organizational Development and Learning &Development foundations. * Partner with leaders to design robust team structures. You define andmaintain clear job profiles that reflect actual business needs, ensuringconsistency across the university * Designing Career Pathways: Establishing the foundation for clear roles andstructures, you support the design of transparent growth paths and roletransitions, giving employees a clear perspective on their future at IT:U. Your strengths and skills: * Completed university degree paired with a minimum of 5 years experience inthe position of a HR Generalist and/or Senior Talent Acquisition role. * Proven experience with structured interviewing, scorecards/rubrics, and closingnegotiations. * Strong knowledge of job architecture and role design, including creation ofclear, competencybased job profiles. * Effective stakeholder management combined with concise communicationskills * Excellent written and spoken German & English on minimum level C1 * Self-organised and hands-on personality with the ability to shift betweendelivery and enablement What you can expect: * Varied and customizable tasks in an innovative educational and research institution * Unique opportunity to help build a new university * A team of motivated colleagues who work, think and laugh together * Independent and responsible area of responsibility in a highly professional, dynamic, and digital environment * Attractive campus with good transportation connections * Free parking or Climate Ticket Upper Austria * Flexible working hours through a flextime model and the option for home office Salary Competitive compensation starting from EUR 56.000 yearly gross salary *come as you are - we value and promote diversity in our team.
