To strengthen our finance team at Frauental location We are looking for a reliable and experienced individual to support accounting tasks across the group and actively contribute to the financial stability and further development of our corporate group.
Activities
* Performing day-to-day accounting for multiple companies (accounts receivable, creditors, bank, cash)
* Assistance with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB).
* Account maintenance and reconciliation
* Preparation of UVA reports and various evaluations
* Payment transactions and dunning process
* Management of fixed asset accounting
* General accounting and administrative tasks within the group
Requirements
* Completed commercial training (HAK, HLW or similar)
* Successfully passed accounting exam (e.g. WIFI, Academy of Tax Consultants)
* Several years of relevant professional experience in accounting
* Excellent MS Office skills and experience with BMD NTCS
* English language skills B2 level are an advantage
* High reliability, accuracy, discretion
* Structured and independent work style as well as teamwork skills
