YOU…
own the improvement of steady-state and dynamic behavior of our gas engines through simulation and hands-on testing.
* contribute to innovative development projects targeting performance, efficiency, emissions, and transient response
* support testing on single- and multi-cylinder engines, focusing on mixture formation, gas exchange, ignition, combustion, and turbocharging
* analyze and interpret test and simulation data to draw conclusions and present clear reports
* validate engine and component performance internally, at research institutes, and customer sites
* work closely with cross-functional teams across controls, mechanical design, aftertreatment, testing, manufacturing, service, and suppliers
Qualifications
YOU…
* hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field
* have initial hands-on experience in combustion engine testing – a clear advantage
* enjoy working in global, interdisciplinary teams and have strong interpersonal skills
* communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken, knowledge of German is a plus
Salary starting at €3.100 gross per month based on 38.5 h/week with the express willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
