Brand Advisory and Platform Development
We at BRX and Big Red are on a mission to define what the post-AI ‘full service’ agency and marketing services provider to the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Customer Officer looks like. We believe we are uniquely equipped to provide superior commercial outcomes at scale by beingBetter, Faster, Smarter.
We operate advertising based on a Brand Operating System,BrandOSX. This means we build robust brand platforms with ownable assets, and then automate and industrialise the execution of advertising and drive constant improvement. We do this with proprietary products (likeAdXelerator) and systems including AI that generate on-brand copy, imagery, and strategic frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead visual execution across integrated, digital-first campaigns
Develop strategic design solutions that meet client and brand objectives
Take ownership of creative quality, consistency and polish across all outputs
Create compelling design systems, layouts, and visual storytelling elements
Guide junior creatives to uphold executional standards and campaign alignment
Partner closely with Copywriters and Designers to develop ideas from concept to delivery
Contribute to internal presentations and client meetings with clarity and confidence
Provide constructive feedback in creative reviews and mentor junior team members
Seek opportunities to step up creatively and strategically
Support the development of others by offering feedback and guidance
Actively contribute to a culture of shared learning, curiosity and improvement
Explore new design tools and AI platforms to streamline production
Bring fresh inspiration into the team from digital, cultural and design trends
Recommend ways to improve workflows or visual outputs
Experience & Skills:
3–5 years of experience in an agency or in-house creative team
Strong conceptual and executional design capabilities
Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud and digital-first creative thinking
Experience presenting creative internally and externally
Interest in new tools, trends and emerging design technologies
Performance & Growth:
