As Finance Manager, you will take ownership of including but not limited to budgeting, management reporting, funding, and operational support and play a key role in oversee end-to-end finance operations for European business and related EU entities,. You will act as finance liaison with external auditors, accountants, and regulators in Austria and other EU jurisdictions while ensuring alignment with entity-level financial control consistent with MiCAR requirements.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership, requiring good communication and stakeholder management skills. You will collaborate closely with Group FP&A and Tax teams to ensure recharge mechanisms between HQ and EU entities.

What makes you special
* 8 years of experience infinance operations, controllership, or regulatory finance, ideally within fintech, crypto, or financial services.
* Strong knowledge of MiCAR, MiFID regulations.
* Hands-on experience with accounting systems.
* Experience in providing financial insight to support business planning, cost control, and profitability analysis for regulated operations.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in international or matrix environments; CPA/ACCA is a plus
* Fluent in English, German is a plus.
* Vienna-based with valid full-time work authorization.
