How You´ll Make Your Mark Your main tasks in this role are:
Manage and evolve relationships with selected ALDI service providers
Initiate and facilitate tenders, including vendor pre-selection, requirement collection, and contract negotiation support
Oversee and lead a team of consultants serving as the interface between Global Business Services, internal stakeholders, and service providers
Act as the primary point of escalation for stakeholder inquiries and ensure efficient communication with service providers
Provide well-informed advice on vendor management to Global Business Services and other stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration
Coordinate and lead workshops, meetings, and events related to vendor management activities
Develop and standardise contracts, procedures, and compliance mechanisms across service providers and stakeholders
Conduct business reviews, monitor KPIs, and ensure vendors meet performance expectations
Prepare senior management, including C-level executives, with insights on vendor relationships and performance
Own and enhance the vendor management strategy, driving lifecycle improvements and implementing scalable solutions
Your Profile The requirements of the role include:
Relevant degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Law, or related fields
Minimum of 8 years experience in vendor management or strategic sourcing within a global environment
Demonstrated expertise in vendor management, team leadership, contract management, compliance, and vendor risk management (SLAs, KPIs, lifecycle)
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with proven risk identification, mitigation, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Outstanding leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills, with excellent organisational and communication abilities
Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and capacity to influence change
Networking and consulting mindset, with confidence, assertiveness, diplomacy, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor
Fluency in English, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Remuneration Gross annual salary starting from € 104.300*
