This key position involves acting as the Global Key Account Manager for high-profile customers and leading a remote, international team. You will be responsible for strategic development, operational management, and fostering trustful relationships within the organization. As part of the KAPS (Key Accounts and Project Solutions) leadership team, you will report directly to the Director KAPS.As Head of Global Key Account Management, your responsibilities include:Developing and implementing strategic approaches for Global and Regional Key Accounts to achieve targetsLeading our Global Key Account Managers remotelyFunctionally leading Regional Key Account ManagersIdentifying potential Global/Regional Key Account customers and analyzing their needsReevaluating the success and performance of existing accountsManaging selected Global Key Accounts directlyCollaborating with countries and areas to deliver high-quality service, create profitable revenue, and solve problemsCoordinating and communicating effectively with all relevant stakeholdersQualifications:Degree in engineering (civil, structural, or mechanical) or extensive construction experience7-10 years of Sales or Key Account Management experience with major project and account salesProfound industry experience in concrete forming or related construction equipmentExperience working in a global and international environmentStrong understanding of KPIsAbility to work with cross-functional teams at corporate, area, and country levelsStrategic, solution-oriented mindsetStrong leadership and team enabling skillsExcellent organizational, negotiation, and follow-up skillsFluent in German and English; additional languages are a plusSelf-motivated, assertive, team player, able to work independentlyWillingness to travel globallyAdditional InformationA competitive salary aligned with market standards is offered, based on qualifications and experience.
