We’re looking for a Customer Experience Manager to lead our after‑sales support in‑store and turn challenges into long‑term loyalty. This role is about owning the customer journey, backing your team, and making sure every customer leaves feeling supported, heard and ready for their next adventure.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who’s calm under pressure, solutions‑focused, and proud of delivering great outcomes.


What you’ll be doing

As the Customer Experience Manager, you’ll take ownership of all things after sales, including warranties, returns, enquiries and customer follow‑up. You’ll work closely with the Retail Business Manager to lift standards, smooth processes and protect the customer experience without losing commercial common sense.

* Owning the in‑store after sales and customer experience function
* Leading warranty returns, faults and customer enquiries end to end
* Turning problems into solutions and customers into repeat customers
* Identifying pain points in the customer journey and fixing them fast
* Applying sound commercial judgement while doing right by the customer
* Overseeing testing areas and warranty return stock accuracy
* Managing customer correspondence and keeping people informed
* Handling complaints with empathy, professionalism and confidence
* Monitoring reviews, feedback and local social channels
* Working closely with our call centre and support teams
* Planning for peak periods to minimise disruption on the sales floor
* Finding smarter, faster ways to improve the customer experience


What we’re looking for

* A proven leader with strong customer service or retail management experience
* Calm, confident and solutions‑focused when things get tough
* Strong people skills with the ability to coach and guide teams
* Commercially aware and comfortable making decisions
* Organised, detail‑focused and process‑driven
* Passion for customer experience and brand reputation
* Experience in 4WD, camping or outdoor retail is a bonus, not a must
* Adventure‑driven culture with strong values and real career pathways
