We are looking for receptionists (m/f/d) for our clients - hotels and restaurants in Austria - for the summer season or permanent positions.
Responsibilities:
* Greeting and check-in of arriving guests
* Organizing a smooth stay for guests
* Guest assistance and information point for all guest inquiries
* Check-out and farewell of departing guests
* Invoicing and cash handling
* Performing administrative reception tasks and maintaining master data
* Creating offers and reservation confirmations
* Various control tasks, including direct room sales
* Waiter and credit card settlement
Requirements:
* Experience at the reception, completed vocational training as a hotel specialist (m/f/d) is advantageous, but we are also open to new career changers
* Fluent German language skills both written and spoken, as well as English language skills
* Good interpersonal skills and verbal expression
* Team player, sociable, flexible, resilient, good communication skills, conflict management skills, and enthusiasm for the profession
* Customer-oriented and independent work style, experience with the hotel software ELITE is advantageous
* Good computer and IT skills
* Well-groomed appearance
* Discretion and trustworthiness
